Burgess and Co is run by Julie Burgess the managing director who has in excess of 26 years experience in estate agency, with the majority of that being within Bexhill, Little Common and Cooden. Julie works along side six sales negotiators and three admin staff giving Burgess and Co the largest sales team in Bexhill, Little Common and Cooden. Julie Burgess Julie started in Estate Agency in 1985 for Holmes and Leadbetter in Eastbourne as an office junior. She was soon promoted to trainee negotiator then senior negotiator in Hailsham, then manager in Bexhill in 1990. After managing the office for 10 years she decided to leave the corporate world and open up Burgess & Co in Bexhill in January 2001 and has now expanded to open up in Little Common in November 2011. |

David Gregg David first joined Burgess & Co in 2005, together with the experience he has gained with us and his natural sales ability he has successfully helped many clients in the Bexhill area. Due to his continued hard work, he has been promoted and is now a senior negotiator within the firm. His role predominantly is to introduce buyers to properties, carry out viewings and to negotiate and assist in sales going through to exchange and completion. |

Neil Skeggs Neil joined Burgess & Co in 2002 as a trainee negotiator, due to his continued hard work, dedication and success he has been continually promoted and is now a senior negotiator within the firm. |

Tom Boorman Tom joined Burgess and Co in 2005; he has undergone full training in selling properties and spends his working day phoning buyers re: all new instructions and price reductions, as well as carrying out viewings and seeing sales through to exchange and completion. |

Siobhan Mason Siobhan has recently joined the team at Burgess & Co after 10 years experience in the estate agency business. Her role is to run the Little Common office which involves phoning all buyers with regards to all new instructions and price reductions, organising and carrying out viewings as well as progressing sales through to exchange and completion of contracts in the Little Common and Cooden area. |

Erika Penniket Erika works as part of the sales team in both Bexhill and Little Common Offfice, her role includes organising and carrying out viewings as well as registering and looking after applicant’s requirements and she has been working in sales for 8 years. |

Kirsty Wells Kirsty first joined Burgess & Co in 2003. Since joining the company as a secretary, Kirsty hard work and diligence has enabled her to progress into her current role managing and overseeing the effective running of the behind the scenes side to the business. |

Charly Conner Charly joined Burgess & Co in 2008. She carries out a vital role in the office, making sure that all details and letters are sent out on time and accurately, organizing advertising on all three websites as well as in the local paper and generally making sure that the office runs smoothly and efficiently. |

Debbie Welsh Debbie is the newest member of the admin team and joined Burgess and Co in January 2012. She works alongside Charly and Kirsty to ensure that the office runs smoothly. |
