Siobhan is extremely proud to be the Director of Burgess & Co. Based in our Bexhill office, she is responsible for maintaining the high level of service our clients are accustomed to, and ensuring we remain market leaders within the town and surrounding area.

She has extensive experience in property sales and a background of more than 17 years in the local market. Siobhan consistently strives to provide an outstanding service personally, and ensuring our team also extend the highest level of care and attention to clients.

She is very excited about the future of Burgess & Co, and her reputation for attention to detail, problem solving and empathy will undoubtedly keep us ahead of competitors in what is currently a challenging market.

Tom Boorman

Tom joined Burgess & Co in 2004 and is an integral member of our team.

Tom’s primary role is as a valuer, meaning he is out meeting clients and taking on new instructions on a daily basis.

Tom is the consummate professional and exceptionally skilled in his field, and his patient and personable manner ensures our vendors are supported throughout the whole process.

Shelley Fuller
Sales Negotiator

Shelley has been in the industry for over 22 years and joined our team as Sales Negotiator.

She is very experienced in all areas of Estate Agency and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the job.

Shelley thrives on the daily challenges of her role, with particular emphasis on attention to detail and building relationships with her clients and purchasers.

The regular gifts and cards she receives are a testament to her exceptional level of service.

Tina Sandeman
Sales Negotiator

Tina started her career in estate agency in 1994 and has built an excellent reputation for herself locally ever since.

Tina’s role involves looking after applicants, informing them when new properties come on to the market as well as carrying out viewings, dealing with offers and progressing sales.

Tina also has experience as a conveyancing executive which puts her in very good stead when it comes to overseeing the whole process. Her organisational skills, experience and attention to detail make her a wonderful asset to the Burgess & Co team and we are very proud to have her on board.

Michael Toomey
Sales Negotiator

With prior experience working for a corporate agent in Bexhill, Michael decided to make the move to an independent agency and joined our team to further his career in property sales and marketing.

Michael has flourished in his role as negotiator at Burgess & Co. His attention to detail and excellent personal skills ensure that his buyers are always kept thoroughly up to date on all new properties and Michael has many repeat clients that rely on him to keep them fully up to date on the ever-changing property market. Michael is excellent at spotting potential in matching clients with suitable properties and is very well respected amongst his peers.

Erika Penniket
Sales Progressor

Erika has been with Burgess & Co for over a decade. She is based in our Little Common office where she oversees the majority of our sales progression. Erika was trained by, and has worked alongside Siobhan for many years, and has an excellent reputation with solicitors and clients alike. Her ability to problem solve and deal with the most difficult and sometimes sensitive issues in the chain is second to none.

Erika takes great pride in the service and support she provides to our clients once a sale has been agreed, and the wonderful testimonials we receive regularly are so deserved.

Julie Farnham
Senior Secretary/PA

Julie plays a key role within Burgess & Co as PA to Siobhan Mason. With a wealth of previous managerial office experience, and her high level of attention to detail and great organisational skills, she is a total asset to the team.

Her calm and gentle manner ensures that even on the busiest of days all tasks are carried out with precision and tenacity. Her ability to turn her hand to even the most difficult and varied of tasks ensures that no day is ever the same for her. We couldn’t do it without her!

Debbie Welsh

Debbie’s role varies enormously on a day to day basis but she is mainly responsible for the preparation of property details together with our advertising presence and property listings in print and online.

She has superb organisational skills and her accuracy in her work makes her an integral part of our administrative team.

She is well versed in the admin side of the property market and her huge contribution ‘behind the scenes’ helps set our agency apart. Although Debbie can be found in the back office the majority of time, along with Julie, she is definitely the cogs behind our wheels.

Arthur Knapp
Junior Negotiator

Arthur joined us in a trainee position, and has very quickly proven to be a real asset to the sales team. His maturity and desire to learn has ensured he has progressed from basic office duties, to being a key part of Burgess & Co. His roles include carrying out viewings, looking after buyers and keeping them up to date on new properties.

His friendly and likeable personality is always well received by our clients and purchasers alike and we regularly have feedback from our clients to say how professional he is and what a great job he has done. As our newest member of the team, we are all very proud to have Arthur on board.

Julie has over 30 years’ experience as an estate agent and established Burgess & Co in 2001.

Natasha Ray
Lettings Manager

Natasha manages our lettings and property management service from Burgess & Co’s Little Common offices.

Her background in the property market is wide-ranging and includes experience as a sales negotiator and also in sales progression. Now focused on lettings, Natasha holds the ARLA Certificate in Residential Letting & Property Management. She has a determined attitude, extensive local knowledge and extends an excellent service for landlords and tenants.

Sian-Rose Donnelly
Lettings Negotiator

Sian is an excellent communicator and very efficiently manages our portfolio of rental properties ensuring that tenants and landlords receive an excellent level of service. With an administrative background Sian also oversees the overall organisation of the office internally.

Jess Daw-Collins
Lettings Negotiator

Jess is the newest addition to our Lettings team bringing her previous sales experience and enthusiastic approach to her role as a Lettings Negotiator. Her attention to detail and level of professionalism is highly valued in the office and when meeting clients and conducting viewings on behalf of our landlords.
